Management Practice Insights (MPI) is published by Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research (SPJIMR). We offer practical, research-backed insights that business leaders and CXOs can leverage to make better, timely decisions in a rapidly changing world. These insights are in the form of compact essays that translate the world’s leading academic research into actionable prescriptions for managers and leaders.
Our contributors search the finest journals – listed in the FT 51 or ranked as A* in the ABDC list – for insights that can make a difference to today’s managers -Whether it’s guiding a finance strategy, shaping people practices, responding to environmental goals, or adapting to the impact of AI, virtual reality, and digital commerce, we explore how management is evolving across sectors. The essays include real-world examples, both success stories and cautionary tales, as well as visuals that illustrate the concept in a way that makes it easy to apply the insights.
MPI is open-access and has been free for all online subscribers since 2023.
